Policy for the purchase of any single booking, concession card or membership:
Online bookings are essential for all class attendance

No refunds given on purchase of a single pass, monthly pass or concession card, so please check class schedule prior to purchase. You may gift or sell your pass to another person if you purchase it and are unable to use it, provided you let Lisa know, and provide the name and contact details of new attendee.

Upon the purchase of your first single class booking, concession card, or monthly pass, for safety reasons you must fill out the intake form

Note that filling in the above form is not necessary for subsequent purchases/attendance, unless key details change such as emergency contact details or significant medical issues

Attendees must abide by all health and safety instructions while on the property, and if an attendee refuses to abide safety instructions they will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
Policy for "Monthly Membership + after hours access":
By purchasing this plan, I agree to the following rules, as well as the rules listed on this page for all policy types (see above):
- After hours access is limited to between 12pm and 6pm only, and outside of class times
- Online bookings are essential for all class attendance
- I will notify Lisa via text or call (027 5018645) a minimum of 30 minutes prior to entering the property. This is essential for your safety and livestock safety, as the farm is a working farm and Lisa will need to provide you with warnings, if relevant (e.g: there will be livestock on the track, there are tractors in operation, etc).
- I will leave any and all gates closed and locked
- I will not share the gate code with anyone else -
- I understand Lisa will not be present during after hours times, so I am utilising exercise equipment at my own risk, and will do so safely
- I will leave the equipment packed away tidily after my use, and doors and windows closed
- If I bring children, they must stay under my supervision at all times and will not exit the paddock containing the gym at any time.
- If you want to bring another adult (16+) to exercise with you, they must also hold a Membership with after hours access.
- I am financially responsible for the repair of any equipment/facility damage or loss during my use of the facility.
- Equipment used in any slamming type fashion, such as battle ropes or med ball slams, must only be used in such a way outside of the white shed (on the grass)
- I will ensure that doors are latched, if left open during my use of the facility (to prevent them slamming in the wind and hurting people, or breaking).
- I will let Lisa know immediately if any incident occurs in which the first aid kit needed to be utilised, or any other medical event
- Occasionally there will be times that the farm can't be accessed due to other on-farm events, repairs or other. Lisa will update all members of such times and participants agree not to access the property during those times.
