Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations after a class is booked online - please check class times before you make a booking to ensure it suits your schedule. Participants must abide by all safety instructions provided by Lisa, and if a participant refuses to adhere to safety instructions, they will be asked to leave and no refund will be given. Prior to a person's first attendance or first time purchasing a class/membership, they must fill in an intake form and provide up to date health/allergy/disability/medication details (that will be kept confidential) so that Lisa can provide a safe exercise program and environment for them.
